Previously called the Mind, Body and Soul Show, the show is coming back with a brand new name ‘Be You Show’ to invite a larger audience and to attract more people. The Be You Show not only brings these elements together, but adds a splash of excitement, a dousing of entertainment and more than a fair share of pampering.
